Getting Ready for Bed at the Hotel Room
Dear Journal,

Yesterday I moved into my Mommy and Daddy's hotel room.  Moving wasn't all that difficult because I really don't own much to speak of.  It was kind of sad leaving all of my friends.  When I went into the director's office she gave me a kiss and started to cry.  I know she was happy for me, but I know she is going to miss me.  I'm going to miss her too.

It has been pretty fun living with Mommy and Daddy so far.  My Daddy snores pretty loud.  Mommy tells me I should just whack him if it annoys me too much.  I love my Mommy but she always gets the words to the songs she sings me wrong.  Yesterday, she was singing "I Know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly" and she messed up on all the words.  Daddy and I made up the song, "I Know an Old Lady who Can't Remember the Words to Songs".  It was really funny, but we don't think Mommy thought so.

I talked to my big brother Max on the phone yesterday.  I was really choked up, so about all I could do was cry.  But I hope both Max and Rebecca know how much I can't wait to meet them.  I look at my photo album of all of my new family everyday.  Mommy and Daddy show me pictures of my grandparents, aunts and uncles, cousins etc.  I  can't wait to meet them all.  Hopefully I will be home by my birthday so they can help me celebrate.  Did I mention that I don't own very much.  Bring on the presents!!! ;-)

It is very cool being rocked to sleep in my Mommy's arm.  Daddy has been teaching me how to write computer programs on his laptop computer.  He says I'm getting pretty good at it, but he thinks I'll be even better when I learn to read and write.

The Indians lost their 2nd game of the season today.  Daddy says they might win one or two before I get home in three weeks.  Daddy says save yourself some heartbreak and find another team to root for.  Daddy is silly. ;-)

Love Logan :-)
